Access to Courses
This site is owned and operated by Qatar Green Leaders (QGL) who will endeavor to allow uninterrupted access to our eLearning material, but access to the courses may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information in the material from time to time. You will have access to the courses you have purchased for a 6 months period from the date of purchase.
Intellectual Property/Copyright
The copyright in the material contained in the courses, together with the design, text and graphics and all software compilation belong to QGL and other 3rd Parties. All rights are reserved for Qatar Green Leaders as well as other 3rd parties. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without QGL’s written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial use.
If you download the course material from our site, all the material and data are deemed to be licensed to you by QGL, for your personal, non-commercial use only. QGL does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights of the course and QGL retains full and complete title to the courses as well as all the intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute or reproduce or convert any of the material. QGL owns all trademarks and logos belongs to QGL and you may not copy or use them in any other manner.
Exclusions of Liability
QGL will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that the data in the courses is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained in the courses. We do not guarantee that the material will be fault free and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions. Taking an exam preparation course in this eLearning Portal does NOT guarantee that you will pass the exam, although it might help. However, QGL will not by any means held responsible for your exam results.
We do not give any warranty that the website is free from viruses or anything else, which may have a harmful effect on any technology. QGL makes no representation whatsoever regarding the content of any other websites, which you may access from the courses. A link to a non-QGL website does not mean that QGL endorses or accepts any responsibility/liability for the content or use of such websites.
Cancellations
Courses purchased cannot be cancelled and may not be transferred to any other individuals. We do not offer any refund on the purchased courses after purchase.
Deleting your User Account
You will have the ability to delete your account from the website at any time you wish, under your responsibility. Deleting your account will delete all your course data permanently and you will not be able to retrieve them if you re-created your account.
QGL will have the right to delete any user account who was proved to misuse the site or course material without any justification.
Passwords
QGL Members should access their purchased courses with their existing membership user name (or email) and password.
Non QGL members should register for online purchasing after clicking the ‘Take This Course’ link. Upon activation of their account, members use their email address and password to gain access to their courses.
Your login details are the methods used by us to identify you and so are very important. You are responsible for any payments due for courses accessed through the website by anyone using your password details. Any information regarding someone using your password details should be advised to the QGL immediately.
Your Profile
Upon creating and activating your user account you will have the ability to update your details by visiting “My Profile” page. All profiles will be shown publicly in the “Members” page and can be seen by all site member. If you wish, you can hide your profile from the public directory by setting privacy options in “My Account” Page.
Communication
QGL will have the right to keep your details for communication with you from time to time. Your details will never be shared with any 3rd party.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the website.
